Intervalometer

ImageGrab includes an “intervalometer” that automatically extracts from a video a series of images separated by a given time interval, starting with the image that is at the current position.

To display the intervalometer, click the Intervalometer button in the toolbar or type ALT + J. The intervalometer panel is then displayed under the video, in place of the navigation buttons. To make them reappear, type ALT + J again.

In the intervalometer panel you must define the duration of the interval between two images. To do this, define the number of frames, seconds or minutes between two images. The panel then displays the total number of images that will be captured by the intervalometer.

To start the intervalometer, click the switch icon or type CTRL + J. To stop capturing click the switch icon again or type CTRL + J.
